Bishop Thomas Paprocki should be applauded for his courage in announcing this week that Democratic Sen. Dick Durbin, who lives in his diocese, is not to be admitted to Holy Communion until he repents of his public abortion advocacy. When will his fellow bishops react in kind? Durban of course is a long time advocate of abortion and was one of 14 Catholic Senators who voted for the Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act, which would have made most abortions after 20 weeks illegal. Now we hear word that Sen.
