Doctors Or Spin Doctors? . . . Tumbling Hillary, Catholic Officials Both Need Healthier View Of Reality

September 18, 2016 Frontpage No Comments

By DEXTER DUGGAN

When Hillary Clinton had her own towering 9-11 collapse at Ground Zero in New York City on September 11, the chills extended far beyond the alleged pneumonia living inside her pantsuit.
Implicitly acknowledging that no claims from the Clinton camp can be fully trusted, sweating Democratic Party officials began to worry if they should start thinking of a replacement for their aggressively pro-abortion presidential nominee.
After all, if a confession of pneumonia finally was wrung from her upon being cornered, how much worse might her rumored poor health actually be?
Even if Hillary feared she’d be looking straight into the tomb before too long, one can imagine this desperately power-hungry, strident woman ordering doctors with their syringes: “Just keep me going until Election Day, then I can take some weeks off to rest before my inauguration.”
Someone else who should have been feeling the chills were various U.S. Catholic Church officials.
With Hillary’s profile possibly lowering, here comes the prospect of such nationally known bad-Catholic Democrats as Tim Kaine and Joe Biden parading around even more prominently to assert their religious fidelity while sowing scandal and confusion by worshiping the donkey party’s Culture of Death.
If someone else felt frail and needed to take to their beds, or perhaps hide under them, it could be bishops and their bureaucrats who can’t even open their mouths to contradict morally damaging, false claims by such politicians that they’re “practicing Catholics.”
Some welcome exceptions to this reticence included Providence, R.I., Bishop Thomas J. Tobin, who said in July that vice-presidential nominee Kaine’s positions “are clearly contrary to well-established Catholic teachings.”
“Catholic” Kaine has made it plain that he shares Hillary’s radical anti-morality platform. Kaine went so far as to suggest at a September 10 large fund-raiser of the sexually disoriented that he even could foresee the Catholic Church following his own example and approving of “same-sex marriage.”
LifeSiteNews.com reported: “ ‘My full, complete, unconditional support for marriage equality is at odds with the current doctrine of the Church that I still attend,’ Kaine said at a Human Rights Campaign dinner. ‘But I think that’s going to change, too’.”
On September 13 Kaine’s own bishop issued a statement affirming traditional Church teaching but didn’t name Kaine.
In part, the three-paragraph statement from Richmond, Va., Bishop Francis X. DiLorenzo said: “More than a year after the U.S. Supreme Court’s ruling on marriage, and despite recent statements from the campaign trail, the Catholic Church’s 2,000-year-old teaching to the truth about what constitutes marriage remains unchanged and resolute.”
The day after Clinton’s Ground Zero collapse, the “Daily Intelligencer” feature at the liberal New York magazine’s website got blunt: Even if one went so far as to speculate that Hillary is gravely ill or has only six months to live, what would prevent folks from voting for her? The vice president who’d fill her shoes, Kaine, is just more of the same.
“In terms of his political experience and ideology, Tim Kaine is roughly identical to his running mate,” the “Intelligencer” said, noting Kaine’s “100 percent rating from Planned Parenthood, running against a guy who wants Roe v. Wade overturned. If a voter favors Clinton over (Donald) Trump on policy grounds, she should favor Kaine over him, too.”
It’s no misunderstanding when dominant liberal media insist people like Kaine and Biden are “practicing, devout” Catholics, despite their records. If these pols can be portrayed in harmony with the Church, then voters should feel comfortable choosing them. Worried about ripping the limbs off babies or selling their organs? Put such troubling thoughts out of your mind!
Nothing but gain for the Democratic Party’s credibility with voters. And more freedom for the party to grow its Culture of Death.
But how logical can such alleged harmony be? If a person claims to be a faithful, practicing Democrat but only votes for Republicans and donates all his time and money to the GOP, does an old photo of Democratic President John F. Kennedy in the hall at home outweigh that?
Or if he claims to be body-building for Olympics weight-lifting competition, is he hoisting barbells daily? No. Doing strenuous exercises regularly? No. Working out at the gym? No. What, then? Watching other guys run on treadmills once a week, then talking about what it feels like to sweat!
Hillary doesn’t have to sweat much when it comes to evading and avoiding the law, despite whatever her physical illness may be, today or another time, because of carefully chosen shady enablers wiping her brow and fanning her face.
Spin-doctoring her wobbling collapse on the sidewalk on September 11 was all too typical of the lifetime of the Bill and Hillary syndicate. And now they want the keys to the White House again.
Prevent the media from getting a look, then deny, lie, lie bigger, and let reporters stumble over themselves to excuse the behavior.
Indeed, some news outlets described Hillary as having taken a stumble even after they saw evidence that her condition was worse than that.
Only after being pinned to the wall publicly with video evidence of Hillary’s dropping down as her entourage tried to shield her from view at Ground Zero did her campaign release the story hours later that she was diagnosed with pneumonia two days earlier.
But she had kept going out among the public with what could be a contagious disease. In fact, even after her September 11 collapse, she posed for a photo later the same day with a little girl up close on the sidewalk, putting both her hands on the girl.
Other people on the sidewalk, outside daughter Chelsea’s expensive apartment, called out questions to ask Hillary what had happened to her, but she ignored them. The excuse about pneumonia hadn’t been released yet that day.
The Secret Service protocol for someone in Hillary’s unexpectedly feeble condition is to rush her to a trauma center. But the Clinton campaign didn’t want to leave a trail of public records and hospital leaks, so off Hillary had gone, without notice to the media, to Chelsea’s apartment.
Doesn’t every daughter’s apartment have a reliable stock of miracle drugs? Well, Chelsea’s must, because a few hours after Hillary collapsed, she emerged on her own two feet from Chelsea’s, smiling and waving and ignoring questions.
Maybe some people don’t care to vote for Trump. But who in the world could entrust their future and nation to this lying former Arkansas con artist who treats people with the complete contempt she deems them fully to deserve.
When she conducts her own life this conniving way, she’ll run public life the same way, as she has before.
Even basic medical facts about an aging woman asking for the exhausting office of the presidency seemed mysterious, and not being aggressively investigated.
Fox News reported September 13: “CBS Evening News edited out what sure sounded like a Freudian slip and a lawyerly correction when Bill Clinton was talking about how often his wife collapses from dehydration.
“ ‘She’s been well, if it is it’s a mystery to me and all of her doctors, because frequently, not frequently, rarely, but on more than one occasion, over the last many, many years, the same sort of thing has happened to her where she got severely dehydrated,’ the former president said of Hillary Clinton,” Fox reported.
“The CBS News website posted video showing the exchange, and Clinton’s mid-sentence correction,” Fox said. “But when the exchange with Charlie Rose occurred during the nightly newscast, the ‘frequently, not frequently, rarely’ part (was) edited out. For folks who wonder if the public is being told all there is to know about the former secretary of state’s health, Clinton’s full sentence seemed to hold a tantalizing clue.”
National radio talker Hugh Hewitt and political writer David Drucker agreed on September 13 that the GOP could overplay the health issue if it turns out that Hillary does well at the scheduled September 26 presidential debate.
However, her obvious deception on the Ground Zero incident only adds to her reputation of being thoroughly untrustworthy.
Still, many people have a significant interest in seeing Hillary win the White House, including her donors who expect favors from there. And, as BuzzFeed News reported September 13, the elite professional Republican political class was hoping for Hillary to dispose of the Trump phenomenon, so these insiders were disturbed when they feared Hillary was weakening herself.

A Tap On The Shoulder

Meanwhile, talkmeister Rush Limbaugh played some voice bites on September 13 from the previous day’s 13th Annual Immigration Law and Policy Conference of the open-borders Migration Policy Institute at the Catholic Georgetown University’s Law Center. This is a place where borderless Hillary would be right at home.
Speakers professed their dismay and incomprehension that anyone could reasonably oppose their unlimited-migration notions. (Get a load of the worldview at the organization’s website, migrationpolicy
.org.) One speaker, Linda Chavez, was heard saying that Trump needs “a humiliating defeat” in November.
However, 68-year-old Hillary isn’t beyond a rebuke, too. Whatever else one may say about her September 11 collapse, it could be viewed as a gift to remind her of her mortality, a tap on the shoulder that it’s really about time to start getting her impoverished spiritual life in order.
That’s a reminder all of us possibly could use, because we’ll all face a day of judgment from a more even-handed, impartial Judge than Hillary has been familiar with.

Abortion Advocates No Longer Consider It “A Necessary Evil,” They Celebrate Killing Babies

Last week, Kamala Harris became the first vice president in U.S. history to make a public visit to an abortion clinic. Though the Democratic party’s support for abortion is nothing new, Harris’ Planned Parenthood appearance does illustrate how that support has become a flagrant celebration of abortion as a public and personal good, essential to both “freedom” and to “healthcare.” At the appearance, Harris proclaimed,  It is only right and fair that people have access…Continue Reading
