Elite Judges Think The Highest Judge Never Will End Their Misrule

By DEXTER DUGGAN

Today people worry about globe-trotting terrorists, the transmission of the deadly Ebola virus, and the way contagions can cross borders when the government insists borders must be open for everyone’s alleged benefit.

Meanwhile, unaccountable U.S. judges continue their contagion of immorality, as if God’s judgment never will come, maybe in little germs, flames in the sky, or just blind eyes opened.

On October 17 a federal judge rubbed his magic ring and imposed “same-sex marriage” on Arizona, too, despite not only state law but also a constitutional amendment here approved by popular vote in 2008 that affirmed the traditional universal, historic male-female definition.

That a judge decides part of a state’s constitution is unconstitutional because it gets in his way is one of many arrogant acts of an elite rulership that does what it pleases because, well, it pleases. As egregiously fanciful as California homosexual Judge Vaughn Walker’s ruling in 2010.

There’s at least this mitigation for the souls of Americans when judgment from Heaven finally comes. The nation’s grave moral ills were imposed by the elite’s errant, self-enchanted judiciary and string-pullers, not popular demand. Decades of public attempts to redress permissive abortion have been thwarted by the same judiciary that already plans to impose homosexuality as normality for as long as the Supreme Lawgiver holds back His divine intervention.

As inherently fallible humans, we’ll all have our sins to account for, but such modern contagions as permissive abortion and homosexual disorientation were thrust upon the legal system — not enacted to satisfy the popular will but to frustrate it.

There’s no more justification or substantiation to impose aggressive abortion or homosexual “marriage” on the law than there is to say all left-wingers summarily must be executed if the majority of people simply dislike them.

That should be sufficient reason for left-wingers to pull back from their stand that they can mash and smash the legal system however they please at the moment. Like the imperious British rulers of colonial India, they just can’t foresee that their heyday ever will end.

Who will be our little Gandhi to shake them out of their delusions, and shake us free of their misrule?

As I walked to Mass on October 17, I saw two little kids in front-porch harness swings, one maybe ten months old, the other no more than two years, each trustingly swooshing with their caretaker’s loving push.

A lesson in patience for us while we hover without solid footing.
