As Pro-Abort Biden Licks His Chops . . . Left-Wingers Begin Purging Conservatives From Every Aspect Of Life

January 20, 2021 Frontpage No Comments

By DEXTER DUGGAN

It’s eerie.
We’re not in the calm before the storm but already in the storm. And the calm apparently is to arrive only later, once we have been fully silenced after a left-wing assault under way with a stupefyingly widespread degree of deplatforming and ostracizing.
Suddenly corporate, tech, and media giants are illegitimately removing conservatives’ ability to reach others, communicate among themselves, be regarded with everyday respect, even be able to find a job — because they objected to the raw fraud in the November 3 election and protested the takeover of the nation by the Democratic Party’s Culture of Death, headed by impaired bad Catholic Joe Biden.
If was as if Beijing’s bosses already declared victory over the United States and were implementing near-totalitarian purges on the peasants, even while President Trump remained in office.
Apparently Biden was to be a shadowy ruler operating like the little man fidgeting behind the green curtain who pretended to be the mighty Wizard of Oz.
Major social platforms ordered that people wouldn’t even be able to question the mathematically wacky election results because this supposedly would create or increase national tensions.
Will God intervene somehow to save the day at this potentially catastrophic time — if not by angels with flaming swords in public squares and newsrooms, then through guilty consciences who will publicly confess the evils they arranged, such as massive mail-in ballot fraud? Our prayers and sacrifices would hasten this salvific intervention.
A half-century ago a determined movement that opposed U.S. involvement against Communism in the Vietnam War roiled this nation for years. Although the Internet and social media hadn’t yet arrived, imagine that the antiwar protesters had been commanded to leave the public forum and to stage no sit-ins or other activities to pressure the U.S. government into withdrawing from the Asian conflict.
The explosion against such a command would have been gigantic — fanned, in part, by the pro-Communist-victory New York Times of that era which now rages at protesters against Biden’s faux win.
The elites’ deception about the November 3 presidential results was followed, among various feints, with an apparently carefully planned subversion of Trump supporters’ march to the U.S. Capitol after their massive rally in Washington, D.C., on January 6 to witness to the truth of his re-election.
Estimates of their turnout ranged as high as a million people. Videos of the event proved that those media were laughably misleading that claimed only “thousands” stood in the cold to cheer Trump’s hour-plus talk that included a recitation of some of the ways the election was reversed.
Even at a million attendees, these numbers are only a small fraction of the 74 million or 80 million people who voted to reelect Trump, and who realize the election trickery. The elite on their thrones are trying to live in dangerous fantasy if they think they can call them nasty names while ordering them into submission. This would encourage not obedience but defiance by people who won’t swallow such massive injustice.
On his January 12 radio program, talker Glenn Beck said that when people are demonstrating, they have to be incredibly disciplined, and know who is within their ranks.
If the hordes of Trump ralliers had had the general aim of taking over the Capitol building once their march from his talk ended, they could have engulfed it without a problem. But only early arrivals went in, and videos showed some of these weren’t looking for any kind of fight.
Indeed, videos of the marchers along the route showed lots of cheerful people witnessing for their beliefs, like the annual massive January pro-life march in D.C. that’s so peaceful it often gets ignored. Other videos, which showed fights at the Capitol on January 6, looked like what we’ve come to expect from leftists like Antifa and BLM, not conservative Republicans, although it was unlikely that only infiltrators did all the damage.
What did supporters of Antifa and BLM say during much of 2020 about the massive damage they did to stores in cities’ riots? “It’s only property, it can be replaced.” But leftists’ tune suddenly changed on January 6.
Antifa had communicated that some of its members should show up that day in Trump gear, to bring down condemnation on the president and his supporters. If so, they achieved their aim.
In addition, some dramatic videos showed a U.S. Capitol police officer carefully aiming his handgun directly for a kill shot through a door with a broken window at unarmed Californian Ashli Babbitt, even though other officers were near Babbitt on her side of the door. Male voices began saying, “He has a gun, he has a gun,” then Babbitt was shot fatally in the neck.
If this had been an unarmed left-wing woman, her death would have been played as an international outrage, but Babbitt, a military veteran, had the misfortune of believing in the president.
As if meticulously plotted by Marxists, the unrest at the Capitol quickly resulted in strident demands throughout dominant media and other quarters to remove the president and his backers from every aspect of life, as if being prepared for extermination, even though leftists’ widespread 2020 riots got them hailed as heroes.
What did his foes fear so much about Trump? Perhaps his talent for inspiring huge crowds, with devoted followers who seriously complicated globalists’ plans to undermine the U.S.?
Even though Trump’s first term was to end in just two weeks, his poisonous foes said he must be tossed out with no delay, through some improbable immediate impeachment or illicit application of the 25th Amendment. Vicious venom, thy name is Democrat.
One can only imagine the howls of media fury, or laughter, if, say, conservatives in January 2017 said Barack Obama couldn’t be allowed his final two weeks in office, even though his had been a disastrous presidency. (One which, in fact, ended with malicious Obama and Biden plotting to have the newly elected Trump dumped as soon as possible.)
Regardless of Trump’s near-term fate, aggregations of activists who had left the Democratic Party, such as the WalkAway movement and Blexit movement, as well as the young people’s Turning Point USA, seem unlikely just to twiddle their thumbs while Biden and his globalist radicals, with their crippling plans for an international “Reset,” try to destroy Americans’ freedom and dignity.
Facebook recently removed WalkAway’s page that reportedly had more than a half-million followers with many of their testimonials.
Given leftists’ own legacy of demonstrations, and the use of idealistic peaceful sit-ins, might today’s incipient protectors of the U.S. think of huge similar sit-ins around the U.S. Capitol or Supreme Court building where the Biden theft was enabled, or around major-media bureaus that betray their ideals every day by lying shamelessly for Democrat mandarins?
Left-wing Democrat city and state governments don’t want people to work anyway. Maybe put that idleness to good use while witnessing for justice that happens to inconvenience the fancy limousines of the national political elite?
The Wanderer asked Seth Leibsohn, a radio talk host at Phoenix-based KKNT (960 AM), about the move to crush those dissenting from leftists’ agenda. Leibsohn, a former liberal and former producer of Bill Bennett’s Morning in America national radio program, responded by citing people including former Supreme Court Justice Robert Jackson and former president of the Czech Republic Vaclav Havel.
“It seems to be, as Robert Jackson once put it, that those who believe in coercive elimination of dissent will soon find themselves eliminating dissenters,” he said. ”We are watching that in real time. It’s been clear that the governing left, in social media as well as in our politics and journalism, is trying to eliminate the conservative point of view, treating it as illegitimate, not a rational or acceptable point of view in our political dialogue or spectrum.
“This is dangerous on several counts,” Leibsohn said. “For the entire ethic of free speech, the ethos of the First Amendment, that which the media defend their behavior on in every single court case, is based on not fearing speech, debate, and differences of opinion. Especially when it challenges the ruling class.
“John Kennedy once said ‘a nation that is afraid to let its people judge the truth and falsehood in an open market is a nation that is afraid of its people’,” he said. “It’s beginning to look like the left — in both the private and public spheres — is afraid of not just people but ideas, ideas that actually defeated the great tyrannies of the twentieth century. And now the left is aping the very tyrannies we thought we buried.
“People like Solzhenitsyn and Havel were imprisoned for their ideas because their regimes were afraid of the truth as they saw it,” Leibsohn said. “To borrow from Robert Jackson again, I’d hope we could avoid those ends here by avoiding those beginnings. But we are racing toward those beginnings, not away from them. And I don’t see how it ends well.”
Not that liberal journalists are anything new, but they’ve increasingly become, or been replaced by, left-wing militants to whom the destruction of TrumpWorld is the priority.
Then there are various assertions that people associated with Trump shouldn’t even be able to find jobs now, including this vial of venom from Randall Lane, editor of Forbes magazine, warning businesses against hiring Trump’s press secretaries, whom he listed:
“Let it be known to the business world: Hire any of Trump’s fellow fabulists above, and Forbes will assume that everything your company or firm talks about is a lie. We’re going to scrutinize, double-check, investigate with the same skepticism we’d approach a Trump tweet. Want to ensure the world’s biggest business-media brand approaches you as a potential funnel of disinformation? Then hire away.”
Meanwhile, the Project Veritas sting operation released a video of an attorney for the Public Broadcasting Service voicing his appreciation of left-wing attitudes and his contempt for Trump supporters.
In a January 12 news release, Project Veritas said it had “a new video today exposing Michael Beller, principal counsel for the Public Broadcasting Service (PBS), for his statements defending violent attacks on the White House, re-education for the children of Trump supporters, and praising the deaths of red-state voters as a result of COVID-19.”
As dominant media screamed their obloquies at Trump because he supposedly incited rioters at the Capitol — leading some people associated with the president to distance themselves — radio host Rush Limbaugh said on January 7 that if a person wants to have any kind of life left while being in Washington now, he has to denounce Trump.
On January 12 a senior editor at The Federalist website, Christopher Bedford, posted: “Seven months after The Atlantic declared political riots ‘The American Way,’ and six months after Democrats shot down a Senate resolution condemning mob violence, the left appears ready to finally seriously tackle the danger political violence poses to us all.
“This sounds like a positive development for the entire country,” Bedford said, “but it unfortunately turns out their plan is the mass suppression of opposing speech, the weaponization of corporate donations, the destruction of the Republican Party’s tech infrastructure, the exile of prominent elected conservatives from the legislature, and a general ‘cleansing’ of the GOP.”
As this Wanderer article was written overnight on January 12-13, the next presidential inauguration still was a week away. If the Culture of Death’s marionette Biden turns out to be sworn in, he plans to lead as many souls astray as he can with his phony religiosity in the service of abortion atrocity.
During the reign of a previous culture of death, the German pastor Dietrich Bonhoeffer said, “We are not to simply bandage the victims under the wheel, but jam a spoke in the wheel itself.”

Now more than ever, vehicles like The Wanderer are needed for clarification and guidance on the issues of the day.

Catholic, conservative, orthodox, and loyal to the Magisterium have been this journal’s hallmarks for five generations. God willing, our message will continue well into this century and beyond.
