Pelosi Bashes Trump While Biden Digs In

February 20, 2021 Frontpage No Comments

By CHRISTOPHER MANION

The news isn’t too good on the Left — so Nancy Pelosi is taking a page from Big Brother. She’s desperate to distract us from Democrat disasters that are piling up like snowdrifts in a Minnesota blizzard.
Democrats hogtied Capitol Hill for weeks with impeachment when they should have been working. They wanted the Senate Show Trial to last forever, threatening to calling witnesses and beating the Trump Drum until spring. Then Sen. Lindsey Graham (R., S.C.) threatened to call Pelosi as the first witness, and they suddenly backed off. Pelosi is ultimately responsible for Capitol security, and Graham wants to know if she turned down police requests for reinforcement long before the events of January 6.
No, Nancy doesn’t want to testify under oath. She wants to keep bashing Donald Trump forever, period. So she’s perpetuating the mission by other means. She now proposes that Congress (meaning Nancy, of course) appoint a blue-ribbon commission like the one that investigated 9/11 two decades ago, to investigate the events at the Capitol on January 6.
This canard will of course fascinate the nation endlessly. And if it doesn’t, Nancy’s got Big News, Big Tech, Big Biz, Big Hollywood, Big School Unions, and Big Media backing her campaign to make Donald Trump the only issue for the next two years — whether we like it or not.
Pelosi’s modern version of Big Brother’s Versificator Machine will provide ample cover for the crimes and misdemeanors that are hiding behind the curtain. And they are legion.
Under the cover of the impeachment noise, New York Democrats quietly revealed that Gov. Andrew Cuomo had for months lied big-time about the thousands of virus deaths he had caused by sending virus patients into the state’s nursing homes last year. His official death count was several thousand off, we are now told. Moreover, we’ve learned that Cuomo had granted industry executives immunity from lawsuits over virus-related claims in return for their very generous donations.
Cuomo insisted throughout that he had immunity as well, but now he’s not so sure. The FBI and New York Federal prosecutors are reportedly looking into the matter. Given what’s happened to federal law enforcement in the past five years, that might be good news, and might not be. But before long, Cuomo could be joining Gavin Newsom, California’s Democrat governor, who now faces a recall vote prompted by 1.5 million outraged residents of the Golden State.
Cuomo and Newsom are not alone. Another recall contender is Virginia blackface Gov. Ralph Northam, the pediatrician advocate of infanticide, whose lockdown policies are the second most oppressive in the country behind only — Newsom’s!

Biden Plays Boss

Meanwhile, behind the media silence, Joe Biden continues his rule by decree. He’s not sure what they say, but he’s signed a historic thirty executive orders in his first three weeks in office. Resurrecting ObamaNation, Joe’s advisers are targeting President Trump’s pro-life, pro-growth policies, pushing for affirmative action across the board, and endorsing unlimited illegal immigration that will bypass the onerous China Virus diktats that American citizens are obliged to obey.
Regarding the virus, Biden had promised to open schools, but not anymore. Caving to union pressure, he’s kicking that can down the road. His lies can be grimly humorous. “We didn’t have [the vaccine] when we came into office,” he told a CNN Town Hall, forgetting that he’d been vaccinated before his inauguration.
And schools? Well, they might be closed now, but when they open, Joe wants boys to be welcomed in the girls’ restroom and promises that they’ll learn all about systemic racism and the evils of capitalism when they’re back in the classroom. He made that official when he canceled President Trump’s 1776 Commission and reversed his executive order on “Combating Race and Sex Stereotyping.” Now Joe is all racial-stereotyping, all the time. To prove it, he’s already launched a study on “slavery reparations.”
Joe’s pretty tough on Americans — demanding universal masking on all public transportation, hiking the price of oil while half the country freezes, blaming retired military officers for “white supremacy” and ordering the cleansing from the Armed Forces of all WrongThinking service members.
Yes, Joe’s tough on us, but he’s given the green light to Communist Great Leader Xi Jinping’s genocide of Uyghur Muslims in China’s Xinjiang Province. After all, he told CNN, China has to be “unified at home,” and the Chinese have “different cultural norms” anyway — like slavery, forced abortion, and the targeted destruction of the Uyghur race to achieve Xi’s “united, tightening control in China.”
In all of this, Joe’s declining mental state shines forth for all to see. But the cabal running the show has installed a well-oiled, experienced array of radicals to consolidate and perpetuate power as quickly and thoroughly as possible. Pelosi’s aim is to make a Republican Congress impossible in the 2022 elections. The cabal’s aim? To make sure it wouldn’t matter.

Ladies’ Night At
The White House

Vice-presidents are an interesting crew. Franklin D. Roosevelt’s first VP, John Nance Garner, said the job was “not worth a bucket of warm spit.” Of course, Harry Truman thought otherwise. He had been vice-president only 82 days when Eleanor Roosevelt informed him on April 12, 1945 that her husband had died.
When President Woodrow Wilson had a stroke in October 1919, his wife Edith didn’t turn over the keys to Vice-President Thomas Marshall. She quickly took control and managed the office of the presidency until Wilson’s term ended on March 4, 2021. For seventeen months, she was in charge of running the country.
Who’s running the country now?
Undoubtedly, Joe Biden thinks he is. And for the moment, that seems fine with everybody. While Harry Truman barely saw FDR after becoming vice-president, Harris is making Joe’s calls and taking an active role in policy. Joe’s only slightly more active than he was during the 2020 campaign. True, then he was able to hide out in his basement while a massive, billion-dollar “shadow campaign” (gleefully revealed by Time Magazine’s Molly Ball two weeks ago) put all the pieces together for the unstoppable steal.
But how long can Joe lay low now? And who will run the show when he’s more expendable than dependable?
Kamala Harris doesn’t naturally come to mind. After all, Joe committed to choosing a black woman as a running mate, so everyone knows Kamala’s an Affirmative Action appointee. She was also the most radical leftist in the Senate when he chose her. And it’s no secret that she “slept her way to the top” — her longtime boyfriend/benefactor, California powerbroker Willie Brown, virtually brags about it. So her credentials are thin, and her credibility is thinner.
Then we have “Dr. Jill,” whose cred isn’t much better. She’s a darling of the school unions (her degree is in education), and they’re among the most powerful Democrat powerbrokers. Moreover, she has run Joe, if not his campaign, for years. Joe can trust her implicitly.
But can he trust Kamala? She has every reason to be grateful, of course, but she also appears to believe that she attained her high office because of her abilities, and not her…well, her other attributes. When will she say, “Enough is Enough”?
When push comes to shove — and it will — it will not be pretty. Will Joe go to the White House basement while Jill takes charge, invoking the Wilson precedent? Or will further decline, or even the Biden family’s rampant corruption, finally take its toll, forcing his departure?
Will Obama quietly visit Joe, like Goldwater did Nixon in 1974? Will Kamala muster a cabinet majority to invoke the Twenty-Fifth Amendment?
It’s open season in Washington. Grab your popcorn.

Abortion Advocates No Longer Consider It “A Necessary Evil,” They Celebrate Killing Babies

Last week, Kamala Harris became the first vice president in U.S. history to make a public visit to an abortion clinic. Though the Democratic party’s support for abortion is nothing new, Harris’ Planned Parenthood appearance does illustrate how that support has become a flagrant celebration of abortion as a public and personal good, essential to both “freedom” and to “healthcare.” At the appearance, Harris proclaimed,  It is only right and fair that people have access…Continue Reading
