We Are Not Bigots, Haters, Or Homophobes!

By REY FLORES

“Now, therefore, I, Rey Flores, columnist for The Wanderer Press of the United States of America, by virtue of the authority vested in me by the Constitution and the laws of the United States, do hereby proclaim that you will no longer ever be referred to as a hater, a bigot, a homophobe, a racist, a misogynist, a transphobe — or any other kind of ‘phobe,’ for that matter; and you may exercise your First Amendment rights without an ounce of guilt and with every bit of the truth.”

Just because you disagree with a socialist, a homosexual, a militant feminist, a person who is of a different race or ethnicity from you or just some liberal, propaganda-pushing journalist, that does not make you any of the various names that they call us. Nor do you deserve the labels they’ll try to pin on any of us.

Do you think that the “gentle giant” Mike Brown perhaps had something to do with his own untimely death, but you have been too afraid of sounding like a racist to your politically correct family, friends, and co-workers to say so?

Do you believe that President Barack Obama, the Reverends Sharpton and Jackson, and a number of African-American staffers in the Obama administration like Attorney General Loretta Lynch and Chief of Staff Valerie Jarrett might possibly show preferential treatment for black Americans?

Are you sick and tired of looking at the pathetic pictures of the man formerly known as Bruce Jenner dressed up like a prostitute with big shoulders, and having the mainstream media continuously shove those images in our face telling us how courageous and beautiful “she” is when we know darn well he is still a he?

Are you tired of a president who does everything possible to let us know just how wonderful he thinks homosexuality is, by issuing, for example, his recent Presidential Proclamation that June 2015 is officially Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender Pride Month?

Have you had enough of major corporations and their obnoxious television ads that bow down to the homosexual agenda by sponsoring “gay pride” parades and producing commercials featuring two homosexual dads or two lesbian moms?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, by all means rejoice!

That’s right. You no longer have to carry the shackles of those ugly labels. You no longer have to walk under that dark cloud of misunderstanding and you will no longer have to feel guilty for speaking your mind based on facts.

You will also be able to believe what your faith teaches you, and share that information with others in a charitable, but firm, way. What you share just might help save someone’s life and soul.

You are all exonerated from any of these aforementioned false and slanderous labels.

No longer will free speech be stifled and shut down by the unfounded accusations of loudmouth liberals who think they can simply pull one of their many politically correct cards on you and shut you up.

These people that use these terms and labels usually have no argument of real substance. They’ll simply hurl these names at us like an angry pitcher throwing his last few pitches before losing a game.

These people have nothing but anger and venom to spew. If you try to have a civilized discourse or debate with them, they again will call you names like kids do at the nearest kindergarten play lot.

Feel free to share your observations, and as long as you aren’t deliberately trying to hurt someone’s feelings for the sake of hurting his feelings, there is nothing wrong with sharing the truth, even when the truth hurts.

They say that ignorance is bliss, but to me ignorance is misery. How do some of the lemming elitist liberals on the left actually think that they have some kind of evolved mindset that gives them carte blanche to talk down to people like us, people who hold traditional family values and defend our Christian faith and beliefs?

I almost feel sorry for any of the people that have used these labels against me or many of my colleagues, who I know are great and decent people.

Call me any name you want, but it will never stick.

I voted against Obama and I object to him because he’s a Marxist dictator, not because he’s black. I am not racist; I am anti-Marxist.

I oppose homosexuality because it is an unnatural vice that keeps growing like a festering sore on society. I will protect my children from this scourge not by hiding it from them, but by defeating it. I am not homophobic; I am a sin-o-phobic.

Be free, my friends. Speak the truth without fear. The war against all that is good, beautiful, and pure is intensifying, so we have no choice but to speak the truth. No one can or will silence us.
