We are living in an unprecedented time in human history.
Masses were shut down and churches locked in reaction to the COVID scare. As Robert Moynihan points out in a recent interview with Claire Chretien at LifeSiteNews, “The source of grace was blocked for entire nations” when Masses were discontinued, something which has never occurred before. We are in the midst of wars on several fronts. In addition to traitors inside the Church, a Communist regime in Washington has declared a war on the economy, a war on humanity, and a war on God.
A shooting war has broken out in the Holy Land, where peace is ever fragile. Weakness at home has invited aggression. Perhaps it was a hack but, for whatever reason, a gas pipeline was shut down and fuel supplies to the East Coast of the United States were cut off this month. Men and women were fighting at the pumps over a place in the long lines for gas. The regime wants to eliminate fossil fuels and, whether intentional or not, this artificially induced scarcity simulates their end objective very effectively: useless automobiles sitting idle waiting for gas to fill empty tanks.
These are certainly problems also for people of faith. We need to get from A to B like anyone else. The relentless war on God launched by Biden and those who manipulate him, by taking advantage of his evident dementia, however, is of primary concern.
Men who are supposed to be of the Church, but compromised by long addiction to government funds, are unreliable in the fight. Faith is not allegiance to the highest bidder but rather simply to God because of who He is, above every other consideration.
The war on God and humanity often combined in reactions to the COVID pandemic.
Moynihan reminds us that the vaccine, which is not a vaccine but rather a messenger RNA, is not fully approved but only released for emergency use. A virus with a 99% recovery rate warrants this? Perhaps something else is at work here other than a reaction to a virus. But this is one of the many questions we are not allowed to ask and which can get someone shut down and banned on social media.
Moynihan in his interview touches on these current issues.
“Vaccines rolled out for tens of millions of people that have not gone through final testing.”
“Massive fear-driven rush.”
“The questions have been stopped. Are deemed unaskable.”
We’ve seen a major media blackout on any information which contradicts the official line on COVID recoverability or on vaccine side effects. Strange: According to the mainstream media, it seems that everybody who died with COVID died of COVID but anyone who died after receiving the vaccine didn’t die of the vaccine.
Anyone detect any inconsistency here?
Meantime Biden’s war on God continues aggressively on all fronts.
The child in the womb can be killed at any time, even up to the point she is exiting it. The new HHS Secretary Xavier Becerra recently publicly and erroneously denied there is any law currently banning partial-birth abortion.
The Church is a prophet speaking truth to the world that we are not gods. Pope Benedict XVI spoke to this when he said that men of science “should not do everything that we can do.” We stand at the precipice of new horrors to be born of man’s hubris. The COVID response has demonstrated the dominant moral vacuum existing among scientists today.
This is a time for prophets of common sense. When the most basic truths are denied it falls to the truth tellers to repeat them.
This is true also for Archbishop Viganò. He skylined himself as a truth teller in Rome, was unwanted there, and then went from the frying pan into the fire when he was “exiled” to the U.S. as nuncio. Moynihan got to know him there and contacted him when he decided to speak out.
Viganò had made a life-changing choice. Many men of the Church have to keep many matters private simply as part of their vocation as priests. Nuncios have diplomatic concerns as well. Viganò had reached a personal “Rubicon” for the sake of the Church. “I have to talk about it publicly…about the problems I see.”
Viganò agreed to meet personally with Moynihan at an undisclosed location where he had gone into hiding for his own safety. It says a lot about the state of the Church today that someone who reveals crimes and sins for the sake of the purification of the Church believes himself to be in physical danger as a result.
Moynihan spoke about the Church in conflicts with hostile governments. “If Communists come to power they can close churches. Turn confessionals into latrines. It’s not unwise to have good relations with secular powers.”
Viganò “saw there was a corruption that had crept into the Church. Human nature being fallen it is always subject to such corruption. Coverup is worse than sins themselves.” So, as we have come to know, Viganò spoke out against it, particularly in the case of Cardinal McCarrick.
Moynihan continued, “He slowly came to believe there was a second corruption: embrace of secular view of life woven deeply into structures of the Church. So that many people had lost their faith.”
This is where COVID and Catholic diverge: For one getting sick is the greatest danger, for the other to be damned eternally is the worst fate. Lack of faith fuels the fear and panic response to the virus.
Some asked, is it a mistake to treat of matters outside the Church? Viganò cited the danger in these times for people of faith as the reason for speaking about ad extra affairs. “There are many people who might die and there are many people who might be enslaved.”
The ongoing apostasy in Germany is the fate of the Church when God no longer comes first. The LGBT and transgender war on God has broken Catholic unity there as it gains adherents within the ecclesial hierarchy.
Clerics have openly opposed God by absurdly and sacrilegiously “blessing” sin with church ceremonies for same-sex couples.
Bishop Athanasius Schneider says that the remaining true Catholics in Germany should “unite in view of the massive ongoing apostasy,” according to Gloria.tv news.
Schneider said that he believes that “from a human point of view there is little hope” that the Church in Germany — which is artificially kept alive by a state imposed church tax — can be saved without divine intervention.
Idols are falling and hearts are revealed in this unprecedented time.
