Having Kicked Voters Around . . . Sleepy Joe’s Party Gets Kicked Awake Before Sunrise On November 3

November 7, 2021 Frontpage No Comments

By DEXTER DUGGAN

Just after Halloween, as many people probably thought to themselves, the mask came off the Democrats.
Conservatives already knew that the false face of Democrat “moderate Joe” actually concealed the grimace of outright socialist U.S. Sen. Bernie Sanders. But other voters who had been confused or in doubt eventually decided before the polls closed on November 2 that Goofy Grandpa Biden was a disguise for hard-left politics demanding subjugation and revolution.
Meanwhile, many Democrat Party defenders still kept kidding themselves that the real reason for their deep losses was some evil like “white supremacy” — even when victorious Republicans were non-whites — instead of Dem leaders’ actual contempt for voters’ concerns.
Just stay wrapped up in your self-comforting delusions, conservatives thought in reply. If you Dems still can’t cope with the facts, you’ll remain as unprepared as ever to respond effectively.
Some Democrat tale-spinners quickly claimed — but did they even believe this themselves? — that the reason for their losses was voter disappointment that Congress hadn’t passed Biden’s twin spending bills, so the party should hurry up and approve them.
Yeah, sure, with Biden’s goblins having promoted such demons as bold inflation, open borders, supply scarcities, left-wing racism, unlimited and tax-paid permissive abortion, grade-school indoctrination and threats against law-abiding citizens by the Department of Justice, the real reason for voter displeasure is the lack of additional titanic spending and taxation?
People had come to expect utter hypocrisy and double standards by their self-enchanted rulers who partied lavishly in crowds without masks while demanding groveling obedience by the mere public.
This image was reinforced as phony climate warriors convened in Europe after once again sailing off in hundreds of private jet aircraft and clogging traffic with 85-vehicle convoys while they prated their concern about saving the planet.
Left-wing Democrat Phoenix Mayor Kate Gallego and a councilwoman joined the crowds dashing off to the climate conference in Glasgow, Scotland — where Sleepy Joe Biden uselessly dozed in his chair before he returned to the U.S. to face electoral disaster.
If Gallego truly cared about pressures being placed on the Arizona environment, she should have stayed home to help resist the Grand Canyon State being pounded by more waves of importuning illegal immigrants, many carrying the COVID disease. However, truly solving problems is the last thing the Democrat crisis-and-strife machine desires.
Conservative Phoenix radio talk host James T. Harris (KFYI, 550 AM) said on November 2 that the Phoenix murder rate had nearly doubled in less than a year, given the city’s closeness to the Mexican border.
Harris’ on-air guest, Sam Stone, said the city is a hub for cartel activity and gang activity. Stone, the chief of staff to conservative GOP Phoenix City Councilman Sal DiCiccio, added that the city loses more police officers than it gains in a year.
Despite such problems, Stone observed, the mayor, Gallego, had time to go off to attend the Glasgow conference.
A few days earlier, on October 28, KFYI’s Harris had as a guest a Republican candidate for the U.S. Senate who told what he recently saw at the border. Michael McGuire, former head of the Arizona National Guard, said he saw illegal immigrants dragging their luggage to the border, as if they were at an airport.
These weren’t, in other words, people with just the clothes on their back. After all, why not come prepared for a long stay, knowing that Biden’s open-border policies not only will welcome their illegal arrival but also will transport them with taxpayer money to the destination of their choice.
Who knows, maybe they, too, will qualify to receive nearly a half-million dollars a person from the U.S. government, er, from U.S. taxpayers for being offended in some way during their unauthorized arrival.
As Biden’s administration intentionally throws Americans out of their jobs due to some mandate of his, those who break the law to get here are rewarded with a pot of money that Americans would labor for years to earn. Is this degrading Americans while incentivizing illegal entry or what?
And yet we’re supposed to wonder what strange motives U.S. citizens possibly had to vote against Democrats this fall.
After Republicans hadn’t won a statewide race in Virginia since 2009, they swept the board in 2021. Washington Examiner editor-in-chief Hugo Gurdon posted on November 3: “The Virginia defeat was . . . a crushing repudiation of President Joe Biden by voters already up to here in frustration at his incompetence just across the Potomac River in Washington, D.C.
“Not just his incompetence,” Gurdon said, “but also his dishonesty, for he has governed as a socialist sock puppet after he ran as a centrist who’d stand up to Sen. Bernie Sanders and the Squad rather than submit willingly to them.”
The result from Virginia echoed voters’ reaction to Democrat candidates around the nation. Gurdon said it “revealed an adamantine truth about the Democratic Party — that it is not on the side of ordinary people and will indeed not even listen to them.
“It is uninterested to the point of disdain in their interests, concerns, and opinions,” he said. “It has no democratic desire to respond to voters’ wishes but instead wants the plebs to shut up and do as they are told.”
Social revolutionaries started crying “culture war” in the 1970s — and kept it up since then — whenever conservatives dared resist their onslaught. The Supreme Court forcing permissive abortion on the U.S. overnight in January 1973 as an undreamed-of “constitutional right” was an early example.
The rupture was merely needed social change, in the revolutionaries’ eyes. But anyone who challenged this monstrous invention from out of nowhere was an odious “culture warrior.” The actual aggressors were viewed as admirable, but those who didn’t just flop down in surrender were wrongdoers.

Culture-Warrior Helmets

A prime example for the just-concluded election was widespread parental resistance to official left-wing racism being pounded into Virginia school kids. Why, the racist teaching doesn’t even exist, its defenders said, even though everyone knew it did.
This was a major issue that winning GOP gubernatorial candidate Glenn Youngkin took and successfully used against the malefactors, much to the displeasure of the educationist establishment and its allies. Why, you Republicans aren’t supposed to go into opposition and fight — just lie down and give up!
National radio talk hosts Clay Travis and Buck Sexton said on their November 3 program this shows that people need to put on their culture-warrior helmets in order to be able to win — because Democrats want to indoctrinate their children.
The talk hosts went on to say that Biden is an enfeebled incompetent, and Russia and China are watching to measure how they can take advantage of this weakness.
Once again the dominant establishment had fooled itself by thinking that maneuvering Biden into the White House, along with his guffawing sidekick, hopeless Kamala Harris, was just the ticket.
However, this pair of stumbling somnambulists should get a ticket to jail for endangering the U.S. daily instead of having the modesty to realize they were way over their heads.
Indeed, some hosts on the conservative Sky News Australia television on November 1 noted Biden’s frequent comments when he faces reporters that he has been told to call on this or that person. So, the hosts concluded, Biden can’t be the most powerful man around if someone else can tell him whom to call on.
The conservative U.S. victories on November 2 were nice, but that’s just one day’s good work against grim foes who won’t give up easily.
Phoenix conservative radio talk host Seth Leibsohn (KKNT, 960 AM) cautioned his listeners on November 3 to make sure, while they were jumping in the air to celebrate, that the rugs weren’t pulled out from under them.
When you’re not on guard, you may be shoved aside.
Even though the Democratic Party long carried the stain of being the official party of enforced racial segregation, long dominant in the South, it had pretty well been cured of that shame by the 1980s. But a purge began to have a transformed party dictated to and run by an increasingly left-wing orientation.
The stereotypical lunch-bucket Democrat became an embarrassment and encumbrance to be supplanted by what evolved to wokeism. Biden had grown up in the lunch-bucket age, but he chose over the years to become captive to the revolutionaries.

Right Back At Ya

Columnist Kyle Smith posted at the New York Post on November 3 about what Bidenism means today, including “bringing up infected illegal immigrants from the southern border and sprinkling them around the country in the dead of night, killing energy projects to drive up gas prices while begging OPEC to bail us out, promoting the absurd idea that whiteness equals guilt and proposing ginormous new federal programs whose cost would have made FDR say, ‘Put down the bong, fella, there’s only so much money to spend’.”
Smith concluded: “Kinda looks like Joe Biden and pals hate ordinary Americans. This week the country is saying, ‘Right back at ya, gramps’.”
